If this does happen and the Chinese takeover, reports have it that they would be willing to build a 15,000 plus stadium for us (can't see it myself) as they want the KC to resemble City more by changing the seat colour (City play in black too).

If this did happen I'd like to see a capacity of 18,000 to 19,000. I know we won't fill it every game but if we built something too small. Then it would affect us with games such as Leeds and Wigan and the derby if they stay up. Also we could also still host test matches.
The only place I could see it been built is Costello.

Can't see it myself, also living quite close to costello would be perfect for me, access to and from would be a nightmare.

The old birds eye site is perfect imo

I thought when there were rumours about Pearson buying the old Birds Eye site, that it was deemed to be not a big enough area for a Stadium?

I use to live next to birds eye. Would've thought it was big enough for a stadium if building back

It'd be a fair financial outlay for them to do that wouldn't it?
Buy the KC
Develop the KC
Buy the land for us
Build us a new stadium

Would we own this new stadium? Or be at the mercy of whoever owns city? Anyone got a link to anything, as I don't follow or keep up to date with the goings on at city at all.

The cost of building a new stadium would be significantly more than the cost of buying Hull FC, if for some reason they want you out.

Which unless, they're really, really hung up on Amber seats or don't like the cut of Dean Hadley's jib or something equally bonkers, seems unlikely to me.

I dont know what kind of cash these investors have, but by premier league standards the cost of a new 18-20k stadium won't be much more than signing one world class player. It's unlikely but plausible I suppose. I would love it to be true. Even if we only have a long term lease of the place it would be great to have somewhere to ourselves that is more suitable and where we don't have to worry about things clashing with City.

I think they want to buy the KC stadium from the HCC and I think they will get it if we are sorted with our own ground.

I think the council will sell quite cheap

Conservatively, it'd be £20 million for a new stadium? Which is not that much compared with a top quality PL player (though City have relatively few of those and would benefit from adding another), but Hull FC would cost, what? £3 million tops? Then you can ensure alignment/streamline negotiations, whatever. Even if they chucked in £200k a year to win you over, it'd take a century to burn through that hypothetical £20 million. Minus the initial £3 million, I suppose, so 85 years.

I can't see any obvious reason why the new owners would want you out of the KCOM, and several compelling ones why they wouldn't pay many millions of pounds to achieve it, however rich they are.
