Interesting read but hardly does anything to give me confidence in our future. Small crowds next year I think.

Whatever happened to collective responsibility, if Radford bears no blame/responsibility may as well make his post redundant. Ultimately, in ANY profession, a manager is responsible for the failings of his/her subordinates...?

I posted earlier in the season that I renewed my pass for this year to support Adam Pearson, despite the fact that last season was shambolic and I had no confidence in Lee Radford.

After reading that article I won't be giving him my money upfront next season.

As the old saying goes, there's none so blind as those that will not see.

I stand by my post a while back, saying that I wont be going next season if radders is still in charge. I have 4 kids and a missus id rather spend my hard earned wage on, then the dross we have paid to see in the last 2 season

I didn't hear you saying the players weren't performing either, funny that.

So to summarise. The 8/10 run was down to Radford. All of our losses have been down to the players.

If we were playing well and had a new coach would you rather spend your hard earned money on rugby than your 4 kids and missus ?

To be totally fair though very few did call him for a while. And the fans were taking credit for our change in style.
