It costs the SMC £6.2m to put this event on, so sadly too expensive. The match tickets would be £250 each to break even.
Radio Humberside reporting this morning that this could happen although plans for a Hull FC v New Zealand fixture to tie in with the 150th anniversary have been shelved as the club couldn't come to an agreeement with the SMC.

It's about time we all started to protest at the next KC game to the SMC. The KC was built for the people of Hull, not just Hull City and Allams cronies. Allam, although he owns the SMC is not letting the KC to be used in the way it was intended. When Pearson was in charge of the SMC we had the likes of Elton John, JLS and alike to pay for it's upkeep. Now it gets used for squash and Polo..........those well supported sports in Hull and the surrounding area!! THE KC WAS BUILT FOR THE USE OF THE PEOPLE OF HULL!!!!
Really glad about this. It was a sellout the last time there was an international match and there is no reason why it wouldn't sellout again with a much better opposition this time. Really hoping the FC v New Zealand game gets the go ahead aswell as that would be interesting and good to watch, even if we did get a slaughtering!
Great news. Would be better to get the first test IMO, just in case the third is a dead rubber. Will be a sell out. Surprised the supposedly anti-Christ allowed the game considering comments previously about him looking to block internationals at the kc.
