i know there is other threads about tonights performance . but for me i have to start to question agars team selection . a pitch that is heavy and a
bench that is too light and most importantly not used to its potential .
firstly why bother picking sam moa for what a full 15 mins add to that play stopped for 3or 4 mins to check it was try by hall or not
king lacking match fitness with little impact
houghton for me has gone backwards this season at the moment
tommy lee good defence did as much as most.
for me the team needed changing after the cas match to freshen up things thackery would of offered more tonight but would of only been played 15 mins as well no doubt ,
we seem to be relying on cusack and dowes too much for the impact started out the season like a house on fire , but not making the same impact at the moment . but then again the whole team are off the boil currently .
still always another week to look forward to

he's carrying and injury and not fit. Wouldnt have been fair to expect him to play.

Yet we carry a prop who isnt fit.

I didnt bring Moa into it, i'd agree that on reflection it would have been better to play Thacks and not Moa tonight. The question asked was about Washy though

Whiting and his twin?

Whiting looked ok apparently, Washy was off the pace, Maloney didnt impress and Hodgson isnt ready for first team. (he's a hooker imo anyway being made to play 13)

The sooner Lauaki gets here and some of our injured players come back the better.
