If there’s radio silence I’m more inclined to believe there’s not much to shout about, with the season ticket deadline looming you’d think if they had some positive news they’d want it out there.
The talk of signings was literally in the season ticket brochure to push season tickets. Cust was one, I’m not saying they’re not on the look out for this hardworking middle that was mentioned and are no doubt trying but I doubt they’ve signed someone of note and are just sitting on it. I’d be surprised if didn’t make an offer for Bullock when he was made available, might be back to drawing board now he’s announced at Salford.
A factor may be simply a lot of the club staff are on holiday.
Needs to be some update on the fans forum in advance though, like do they want questions in advance? Or is it a free for all on the night? do you need to book a ticket? is it socially acceptable to throw rotten tomatoes?
If people do end up going can we please agree that people don't wastetheir 'slot' waffling on about how many years they've been going, how good the Threepenny stand was, Wembley wins etc...Pearson is a slick operator and could have made a good MP and needs to be made to work for his money with direct questions
