How are they (the smc) able to charge a booking fee of £3 when your buying a ticket from a machine? It's blatant robbery in my eyes! Surely this is against the law now where handling fees have been abolished
Oddly, with Internet Explorer you can see all the helpful screenshots, but with MS Edge, they simply don't show.
I logged in and selected the Cas cup game, my membership seat showed up and I was able to buy it. However, there was no ‘Access Card’ option in the dropdown menu.
I rang the SMC "dedicated hotline on 01482 358418", and they sorted it out by me paying over the phone. They said I'd receive email confirmation, but it never arrived. My account shows that my seat has been payed for, but I've still no email confirmation of the transaction, despite ringing again yesterday.

Bear in mind that it's run by the SMC, not the club, so that's who you will have registered with.
