Have to agree with Seb here. A joint academy is bad enough but manageable. A joint reserve team would be a disaster - how on earth would you manage first teamer's returning from injury? What if both clubs need to run out a player for the same position? what play book do they use? trialists? and any number of other questions and conflicts of interest. None at all is a better option than a joint reserve team.

So Pearson has confirmed we'll be running a reserve team in 2019, but not everyone will. Wigan, Saints, Wakefield, Keighley, Bradford and Halifax are mentioned, but referenced probably not Leeds. Doesn't say that it will be a joint venture with Rovers.
