To be honest I only buy one programme a year at the end of the season so I can refer back to the results etc. Gets a bit expensive when you add up all the other things you can get nowadays.
A monthly glossy like rugby league world would be ideal but think it would probably too costly to produce ,I know Leeds united and other football teams sell em as well as programmes and they are also available at newsagents Anyone remember Hull of a game ? I really liked it and included the amateurs as well as Hull and rovers
I assume it'll have a fair few ads in, but 64 pages for £1 sounds like great value, especially if it is focused on your club, which it seems to be. As others have mentioned, ours has also become a fairly broad (and pretty bland) RL publication with a Rovers cover and brief chairman's notes etc. Monthly should mean there's enough content (sometimes a struggle fortnightly, I guess), but it won't be too outdated (like a quarterly would become).
