Despite what he says it's part and parcel of being a professional sportsman. It has to be remembered though that it's not only the players whose livelihood is effected. I was at the game on Saturday and spoke to some of the office staff and they were worried that relegation would inevitably mean cutbacks and are very concerned about their jobs.

All of which is understandable, but the main beef should be with the system that the chairman and owners etc voted for, and that should have happened in 2014. 2016 is too late to start complaining about it. It is what it is.
