Won't be paying out just yet as a point deduction may happen due to salary cap ... I'm not on twitter but been sent a screen shot , anyone shed any light ?

I think they are talking about Salford.

Sky bet replied it's a "just in case" scenario, not based on anything specific. They don't pay out until after Round 23.
