Fielded 10 players today that we have produced plus Scott Taylor who is Hull born and one of our own. Had a few beers to celebrate so I may be wrong but a great achievement. Well done the club.

Thought cox went well for wire. Surprised rovers let him go as he is better than any of their back rowers

I thought he did as well. Hopefully he has finally grown up.

I saw Cox play a fair bit in our academy and thought he had all the attributes to be a top class player, the problem always seemed to be between the ears. He certainly needed to grow up a lot and pick up his fitness, a back rower that can only play 15-20 minute stints is no way good enough unless you're built for impact.

I really hope he kicks on at wire an fulfills his potential as I got the feeling that he was far to 'comfortable' at Rovers to ever do that.

It does make you proud especially as we know there are so many more Hull lads in the squad waiting for their chance.

I liked Radford's line when asked about getting players back for Saints. "Doncaster are going to have a strong side."
