Although we are all saying that we have 'bigger issues,' yes, i do agree but..... surely this just further highlights our lack of imagination and variety which translate to our in-play sets.

Completely agree with everyone saying that there's bigger issues and concerns but I also agree with FC_exile's thoughts here.

In all honesty its not a big issue. But it is symptomatic of how the game is in general for me. A coach sets a pattern of play, which just about mirrors what the other 11 coaches in the legue set their teams out to do and it comes down to the ones who get momentum and think and act quicker.
Very few teams play whats in front of them now, meaning off the cuff creative flair players are stiffled and forced out of the game.
Kick offs are all the same at all clubs. The only variation comes with a short kick off when a side is chasing a game. Richards just has a gift of being able to get a ball far higher than the rest of the kickers in the league.
