I don't think we particularly need another squad overhaul, we have some good experiences players and some younger players with potential, sure we need a few players such as new centres and an interchange hooker and younger stand off would be nice, but a better coach would get more out of what players we've got and turn some of these 'narrow defeats' in to wins.

If the players stopped dropping the ball in key parts of the field, that would help too. Centre is a massive issue for us. Look at Turner today. Threat all day long, draws the defence and feeds his winger. Not spectacular but we've no one who can execute the all-round basics of good centre play.

Getting somebody in to focus solely on attack would improve us massively. The players can obviously play together as our defence shows. 4th best defence behind Saints, Wigan & Huddersfield but the 3rd worst attack.
