My original post was to ascertain if fans think, Radford needed an assistant to aid our execution in attack...

As a Defence Coach, I think Radford is excellent , but I feel we dont possess anyone on the staff that could help our execution.

IMO .. Execution within the team is only improved through repetitive practice under duress.

I'm not too sure, I think Radford's spot on in his assessment, certain teams we fold under pressure against.
Where I don't agree with Radford is on the idea it's not fixable by him and the staff, as coach he needs to instill the belief in to the team, he's certainly done it with their defence. IF we were certain an attack coach could make a difference then i'd be all for it, but don't see it being just a structure/skill set issue.

If that's aimed at me then you're talking nonsense, I post whether we win or lose, I give praise when we deserve it and have done so often. I am objective when it comes to assessing how we play and why, the way a few post on here they are not.
I explain my reasoning in depth without resorting to abuse and general child like responses, I've only bitten back when the usual posters start with their hateful reponses directed solely at me.

So, when people disagree that's fine, but instead of going into one with the usual vile or petty responses it'd make more sense to come up with a counter arguement to prove your/their point.

Our execution on the whole this last 1.5 seasons has being below par, there are reasons for that, the buck stops with the coach, it couldn't be any more simple than that.
The sad thing is that Radford can't/won't accept that he's at fault in any way, it's always someone else (players/fans etc)

You mean like calling Lee Radford "a turd"?

No, it lessens the chances of losing, 'very good' coaches are able to get a better overall std out of their players more often than weaker coaches. Darryl Powell is a prime example of a very good coach with players that perform more often than they don't with on paper as individuals a weaker squad than ours over the last 1.5 seasons.

You can have all the talent in the world but you still need a 'good' coach to bring that out of you/to perform to your best consistantly, all the greatest athletes/teams have/have had great coaches behind them.

Are you saying that Darryl Powell can get a better sexually transmitted disease at Cas than Radford could at Hull?

Totally agree with this..

Powell by his own admission, has tinkered a few things,
with Cas, he does have 2 ex halfbacks on his staff, Sheridan for mine was an underrated player, but his forte was organising with a decent kicking game.

IMO,we are close to being a very good side, IF we can fix up our execution..
