You've got to keep writing this diary Wilf, it's a beacon for all the unhappy fans that are enduring a season in which we are not being entertained by players who appear not to know how. You articulate the thoughts and concerns of all the fans and I am 100% certain that AP reads this diary even if he does not take action he can't deny he didn't know the strength of the fans feelings. It's not up to us, the fans, to offer solutions, he is the owner (custodian) of this once great club, who controls it's destiny.

Just like you Wilf, I was absolutely bored to tears on Friday night. We really are the least entertaining side in superleague, and if it continues in the same vein (and it appears that there's no change on the horizon) then fans are going to be asking themselves if the effort of turning up each week is worth it. Like you and lots of others I have a season pass so feel its my duty to attend the weekly borefest but things staying the same will ensure that I will not be renewing next year. If Adam does indeed read the diary he really must react to all the comments and explain why we are in the state that we are. As you say we'll be there again on Friday but any repeat of last week will ensure that the crowd for further matches will be drastically reduced. Thanks for your efforts and it must be harder for you to write than it is for us to read.
I have to say that leaving Rankin out and having two hookers on the bench was strange to say the least, one thing is for sure Rankin at least gives his all and tries to bring something different.Without stating the obvious the club is in crisis and i cannot see how we get out of it. For me either Radford has got it all wrong or the players are not doing what they are asked to do.Either way it needs sorting because in all my years watching Fc this has to be the worst I have seen in offence. Players like Paea and Mini must be really miffed because they give it everything. i will never stop going because the club is in my blood but I have never been so disappointed in th eClub
Thanks Wilf for continuing with the Diary. I hope the club do read your page, as it might help get through that even the most ardent supporter is at the end of their tether. I know I am. Something has to be done before its too late. Unfortunately I believe the only option is for the coach to go.
Thanks for the Diary Wilf. I realise it must be difficult at the best of times, but this week was atrocious on the pitch. It's just so disheartening. we didnt stay to applaud the players this week - they didn't deserve it. I know they can't want this either, but my God they are the only ones that can do something about it! They don't come out there to play like that, and if they do get rid! They are professionals who should have pride in their own game, so what is going on? I wish we knew, we have no-one injecting any passion on the pitch , no-one questioning the referee (Leeds are fantastic with Sinfield constantly questioning) even if they only take notice and review their decision 25% of the time, thats 25% more in our favour. There's no oomph as my old dad used to say. Come on Hull, give us something to cheer about, but then maybe as 18th man we CBA either.
well done wilf for this weeks diary, and please carry on as at the moment its the one good thing regarding all matters to do with hull fc!. I was like yourself, and all the other people who replied to the diary totally bemused, saddened and to be honest left speechless by that performance

Thanks for that Wilf, that must have been bloody hard to write. Its now Tuesday and I can still hardly bare to think about last Friday let alone put down on paper my thoughts.I think I am of a similar age to you and guess been supporting them for as long as you.During that time we have seen some terrible times and teams at the the club but I can not remember the apathy that seems to be surrounding the club at present. Going to games now for me has become a chore, something that has to be endured in the hope that the chore will somehow become enjoyable.

Hull will give us a tough game but the key is to silence their fans in the Threepenny Stand. We have to do this because if we do'nt they will get behind their side and lift them in a way you've never seen, heard or witnessed before.

Keep it going Wilf, as FC supporters we are often put through the mill, we have been through worse times in our past, i`m sure there are to be many ups and downs during this season but we are black and white through and through and no matter how hard it is we will be there to give our support, keep the faith matey
