I'm afraid the only way that Mr Pearson will actually take note of the fans is when the tills stop ringing. I am not implying at all that he is only in it for the money, he has plouged too much in to be accused of that. But revenue is the lifeline of the club and his sanity. We as a group of fans need to stop purchasing shirts etc. We should not be signing up for the 12 month direct debit season pass scheme (I notice that was stuck in our faces immediately after Friday's debacle). Even if you have a season pass don't turn up on Friday. Regardless of passes being counted or not through the turnstyles, AP will know exactly how many people passed through a turnstyle. If hes not monitoring it, I'm sure our Egyptian friend is. They can claim a 10k gate but it won't take a genius to realise that there is only 5k in. The bottom line now is that most have had enough. Yes this forum only has a small percentage of the fan base contributing, but I bet many more read it and sadly are agreeing. Others have simply left the scene altogether. Not protesting, not shouting and screaming about things, they've simply quietly disappeared probably never to return. That is the sad thing about the current situation. Since 2006 we have endured some absolute dross without too many highs. But generally speaking we have stuck by the club. Average gates for a side achieving what we have would I suspect generally speaking be about 5000. That says alot about how we are actually IAKOW. But we have reached the tipping point and enough is enough.
If Mr Pearson really cared he would be listening and not be digging his heals in. I know he can't knee jerk with every fan moan, but this is getting bad now. He should have a team contacting pass holders everytime they fail to attend a game. He should have that same team calling lapsed pass holders to see why they have not renewed. He should be showing that he cares for his customers. Once he does that and starts to address the concerns of the loyal fans he will see the rewards. But rallying calls threatening us about lost revenue and closed stands if we dont do this that and the other was a mistake and is proving to be a bigger one now than many of us could have imagined.
So don't go on Friday, it will have an effect and will send the message out. Salford will bring a packed taxi making the atmosphere shocking. That I suspect will be what makes Mr P sit up and take note.

The 240, 000 that travel to every Rovers away game have been staying away from home games for years, whats your excuse?
