8 points from 10 games - the minimum for me before season start but he gets my support for the rest of the season. Top 8 failure would see him go himself anyway I believe.

Win the next 3 (Hudds, Salford and Wire) and he'll get my full backing. Hudds and Wire are sturggling for consistent form just as we are, and Salford have just lost two of their best players Chase and Hauraki to suspension, so all 3 are winnable. Win those and we'll go in to the business end of the regular season in form and with confidence. But sadly it'll only take one more poor display for the negativity to kick back in.

How fortunes can change.

Agree, if we win at least two of the next three league games (we'll also have the game in hand to come with Wakefield) and chuck in a couple of cup wins, then we'll be nicely mid-table and in the Quarter Finals of the cup. We'll then have a whole different set of ambitions for the rest of the season.

It's a very tight competition this season and we shouldn't lose sight of that.
