You'd need to go to the original article. They are unlikely to repeat it. I guess I can't say either in this one. But it's worth taking legal action over. |

"Taking legal advice". Yep, which might be, "it's a foreign-based website so not much you can do, although you might be able to sue the server. I would like £10,000 on account of legal fees, as libel is a high court action. And I forget to mention that Sam will have to do it, not you, so it's his money at risk, not yours, unless you're prepared to underwrite it, and it could run into tens of thousands.
