Moving on

Shame - for us - absolute gem to have in the squad.

He's often been the best player in RW&B, without ever seeming to have his own position.

Wherever he goes, they have a winner!

Been good for us but the time is right for him to move on. His versatility is both a blessing and a curse and I don't think he starts in any of the positions he can play and there is enough cover.

I would have been happy at him staying, never disappointed no matter where he played, he gave his all.
I wish him well wherever he ends up

Me too.
I'm sure he could have done us a season his versatility is invaluable- but he's asked to leave so I wish him all the very best!
Thanks Liam for always giving 100%

Liam has been a great servant to the club and has certainly been great value for his contract whatever it was.
Unfortunately for him, if we are genuinely aiming for top 6 then we can’t fill our squad with utility players. Genuine top 6 contenders might have a couple of top quality players who can play a couple of positions but in general they have high quality specialists who play one position 99.9% of the time.
All the best to Liam Kay, he’ll be an astute addition to any Championship team

The bloke always gave his all and played in many different positions . However he probably realises the club has moved on and next season he would struggle to get a game. Good luck to the bloke in whatever his next move is.

True professional, great utility player and a lovely kid if you ever get the chance to meet him, been a great servant to Wakey and a very good friend of Jordans. A bit shocked at this to be honest, but wish him well in wherever or whatever he does in the future

Sorry but he can't leave yet as he hasn't played at prop :D :D

Genuinely sorry to see him go and I will always remember the try he scored in 2013 (?) to defeat Cas at Belle Vue when Rangi Chase grubber kicked the ball straight to him and he then ran 80 metres down the wing to win the game for us

All the best Liam :thumb: :thumb:
