Genuinely shocked by this. He did a good job for us in terms of the limited budget he had to work with. Did have some poor defeats last season but felt he did well for us. A decent man, honest and seemed to be well respected by the players and fans too.

I think the guy was on an hiding to nothing with the players he had. Year to run on his contract too, hope he milks Jepson for every penny due to him

Is it any different to Mash last season new owner new staff?

The difference is that we were relegated and had to start up from scratch, we needed a totall new backroom staff from top to bottom. I also think Mash was at the end of his contract too.

Anyhow, just hope its dosnt work out for them :lol:

Was a bit surprised Lingard got the push at Cas,he got them playing some decent stuff with the players at his disposal.More a victim of club politics imo.
