Shortlists are out. Really pleased to see both Jowitt and Rodwell in the running, but also that Antony Marion’s been nominated - he doesn’t deserve to win, but he definitely deserves that. Pratt should be a shoo-in for Young Player of the Year. And Powell in for coach of the year with Applegarth and Houles - personally feel Applegarth should take that just for the job he’s done (is it 12 wins in 16 games) with far less resources. |

I'd imagine that's a clean sweep for us, although wouldn't be surprised to see Mash pick up the coaching awards - especially if York beat Sheffield this weekend. He has done an incredible job. |

Should be a clean sweep tbf. I have my doubts we would’ve made it to Wembley and finished 13 points above second with either of the two other nominated coaches. |

I think our conditioning team and the fact we are full time have had more effect than any coaching. Applegarth should take the award imho. |

Powell has won all but 1 game, he’s topped the league and won the 1895 at Wembley He’s also blooded a number of young players like Pratt etc. He’s overseen the total rebuild of his team and squad and picked up the confidence of players who were at Wakefield during last years debacle. (Under Applegarth) He should win the Coach of the Year hands down |

Although we should and could win the lot they tend to share the awards out a bit. The team of the week usually has 5 or 6 teams included (9 this month) just to keep everyone happy |

Realistically I’d expect trinity make a clean sweep of awards and also have about 7/8 in team of year. |
