Has anyone else noticed that at the end of the game our players no longer come as a group to the North stand to applaud, and be applauded by, us fans ??
Even last year, when we obviously lost most matches, this was still done religiously but now that we do actually have something to cheer them for they just fragment and disappear off to family members (presumably) in all parts of the ground, whilst us appreciative fans who have always hung back after the final whistle are left disappointed. :( :(
So come on guys bring it back and then go around the pitch as a team to show your appreciation of us long-suffering fans

They did but quite a while after the hooter had sounded and the North stand was only about 20% full.
Only Harvey Smith went up while there were still a few left in the North Stand.
FIL is correct, it's been like that for the last few home games now.

Yeah, it seems that the North stand is the last place for the players to come after the game.
Whether this is so they can spend more time there, I dont know but, most fans have drifted away at that point.

For me, they should take the applause from the North Stand first, after all this is where most of the vocal support comes from and then make their way round the other fans.

Shouldn't they go to the Neil Fox stand first? They've paid the most to watch the match :D

I’ve noticed this season with all the big wins, people are leaving very early to catch the bus, put the puddings in or whatever, sometimes six minutes before the end. This is east stand and also there are many filing out from the north stand. It’s very disappointing.

I have to say Belle Vue is a bit quiet these days, especially last Sunday. The East Stand all season has been like a library.
