Just a post to recognise how well Jordy’s going over at Warrington
He took a punt on himself and has kicked on, becoming a better player and being part of a team that’s up there with the very best in SL.

I thought he was no longer wanted after a few sub par performances and sent out on loan. We may have different memories but he was putting in some poor performances in the middle and in that form isn’t missed. Never doubt his commitment ofcourse.

On the other hand he’s a trinity product so I happy to see him doing well like any from the Trinity production line. Good to see he has improved but you’d expect that now he’s hitting his prime years as a forward.

Talking of Trinity products, I thought Esse is doing really well whilst on loan to Leeds, He looks a very strong defender and I thought he was one of Leeds best forwards last night

Eseh has always been a strong hitter in defence. He’s one player I’d have liked to have retained and seen develop.

Don't think he was "sent out on loan" as you put it - if memory serves, he went to cas to play for them and then the wire came in for him and they had to pay a fee.

However it happened he was in poor form and fell out of the Trinity first team. Whether he ended up elsewhere at Cas on loan or he was released it makes no end. My point is he was no loss to Trinity at the time. I’m glad he has found some form but it was the right call to let him go given the performances.

Maybe so re form, but he wasn't released either - he was signed by Cas.

I don't think he was on poor form either. He did exactly what he normally does.
It's just Burgess sees value in it and can make some improvements to his running game.

Jordy is playing a disruptive game for Wire and it works.Has cut out most of the penalties and errors he had in his game and is reaping the rewards.

I think it’s testament to Crowther that he’s a regular in a very good talented Wire squad. I’ve always said Crowther will never be a barnstorming forward who will represent his country or that NRL opportunities will come his way. What he is is a workman like 13, that I’m sure everyone of his teammates will have down as one of the first names of the team sheet. I think a player of his ability flourish in a more quality squad as he will nail down the 1%’s and add energy to the team.

For me Burgess is a generational player and has worked with some amazing coaches and played with amazing players, there’s a reason why they wanted to keep Crowther, he clearly see’s quality in him. How can you be anything but happy for him. Crowther reminds me of a Jason Clarke type of player which I’m sure Burgess will love.
