Another home game with a relatively local team. £10 per ticket for away fans. Good weather. Why aren’t away fans coming to Wakefield in any reasonable number? Every team we have faced has brought a very poor following except Bulls that was fairly decent (though still not as much as I thought). Is it that rival club fans are writing their chances off perhaps. I’m not sure but I really thought Batley would bring a few hundred at least today. |

I'm not sure they are bringing any less than they do to other away games. |

It's not just away fans, home gates at many Championship clubs have slumped alarmingly since the new IMG system was installed and promotion was taken out of the equation. |

Probably like our away fans were when I was stood at Saints a few years ago with around 30 other fans watching us get a lesson in Rugby . Times are tough and a hiding to nowhere isn’t everyone’s cup of tea |
