Thought this was worthy of it's own thread...

Just been announced that Sky are now showing the game on the SuperLeague+ channel and it looks as though you can watch it for £6.99 if you book it before Saturday or £9.99 on the day, although it's not actually showing on there yet ??

Does anyone know how long the game will be available for free on Superleague +? I was hoping to be able to watch the game back on Sunday. If it gets locked I guess I will have to wait for it too appear on Trinity TV. Not sure I can wait that long!

I enjoyed the coverage, as I couldn't get down on Saturday.
(had a heart op been waiting 6 months for, so couldn't really cancel it. Although i was tempted!)

The only slight disappointment with the Superleague+ coverage, was that the only microphone sounded like kit was 2 inches away from the commentators. And as such, didn't really pick up the crowd atmosphere. Which was shame as it sounded great (albeit very muffled on the feed).

There were a few moment thoughs, when even the rubbish microphone picked up a great noise
The roar as Walmsley rang the length of the pitch. Goosebump material.
and "nah, nah nah, nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah nah, Wa-ke-field"
Superb.

One other unrelated point. The commentators mentioned a great try in the previous 1895 final, for Batley v Halifax. He said it was one of the greatest Rugby League tries of all times. I thought he was going a bit OTT, me being a novice and never having seen it before.
They were right, you know. What a try! And in the last seconds of the match
