Only 5 days to the game and we haven't even started a thread on it yet Anyone going....are we likely to struggle again like we did against Swinton...any of our injured players returning ??
Travelling up by car calling for lunch on the way. Not played there since 1998 promotion season when the players led by Garen Casey sang to the Wakefield fans for the first time. I expect us to carry on the way we are going tiring teams out, Whitehaven will give it a go but I fully expect us pulling away in the second half.

Opposition just need to watch how Swinton played with their deep, long kicks early in the tackle count to make us start in our own half. They were difficult kicks to execute so it will be hard to emulate.
Trinity just need to cut out errors and penalties and we'll be fine. Some variation from the power game would be nice.
The experiment is over and we need to build consistency with players in strongest positions.
Pratt had a defensive mare and while I’d be happy to see him in again I’d be happy for Croft to get a shot.
Uele will likely return and sounds like a niggle.
I’d like to see Bain at 13 too. He’s got some hands on him and an offload. I’d like to see him employ a Westerman style of play in taking it to line and drawing defenders before looking to release the ball. Could add something to our attack in middle.
I would like to see a much stronger start this week too. Can’t keep letting teams get on top at periods in the first half.

I was there waiting with the team for the score to come through from Hunslet.

not going unfortunately, cant do either of the Cumbria trips this year due to prior engagements which I'm disappointed about, they were the ones I'd picked out before the season
