Well, I have watched the academy games & the reserves, there are no outstanding half backs or full backs that could do the job competently for the current team & in no way to SL next year.
In fairness matt Ellis is ploughing money into the first team, it is not reasonable to expect monies to be
Paid to the best young players in Yorkshire as per Leeds etc who currently have the pick etc
But it may happen in the future.

Further thought gives rise to the one thing Carter got right was further monies paid by supporters for new young talent was paid for a crop of top youngsters, however his downfall was to pay the SL salaries they deserved once they were 24/25 + with the exception of TJ.
