They've been teetering for years. Spend the rent money on players and even when they're great on the field they have a home support of about 2.5K. The writing was on the wall with the fan-fleecing earlier this summer. Their whole aim last year was to get to the end of the season, hoping for a miracle - looks like time is running out.

Its been plain as day for years they are on borrowed time. On the field I really enjoy watching Salford and they are a credit to the game, off the field they are a disaster.

Sad for the club, and for the sport in general. Feel for the supporters. Sadly, theyve lived beyond their means for too long. I can see a bit of a further firesale here, like ww had in 2013, to raise desperately needed revenue.

They will still get Sky money it is a shambles ,We played buy the rules end up in Championship .

Toulouse scored higher than us on IMGs ratings so they would probably get the gig ahead of us anyway
