Nobody seems to have commented on this, but in the last two weeks our Academy, Scholarship and Reserves have all won their games with impressive performances.
Now I know its really first team that counts, but it also shows that the club certainly has some depth. It also helps create a winning culture, I seriously doubt that the first team players like being the only team not to have a win.
If you got league points for structuring your club properly we'd be top 6, sadly in the British game it doesn't work that way.

Yes, it's criminal that this has not been included in the IMG grading criteria. Further to that if we go down this year we will have to cut costs in a fight to get back up. I would imagine our good youth system would be one of the first victims. Just shows how short sighted IMG have been

According to the IMG bumf they are world leaders in sports marketing ,but how much do they know about the nitty gritty of RL , even Tony Smith who has an astute rugby brain is questioning their lack of clarity on a fair few major issues that haven’t been address properly. Time will tell if it’s a good move or a bad one , but it was obvious something had to change
