Nobody seems to have commented on this, but in the last two weeks our Academy, Scholarship and Reserves have all won their games with impressive performances. Now I know its really first team that counts, but it also shows that the club certainly has some depth. It also helps create a winning culture, I seriously doubt that the first team players like being the only team not to have a win. If you got league points for structuring your club properly we'd be top 6, sadly in the British game it doesn't work that way. |

Yes, it's criminal that this has not been included in the IMG grading criteria. Further to that if we go down this year we will have to cut costs in a fight to get back up. I would imagine our good youth system would be one of the first victims. Just shows how short sighted IMG have been |

According to the IMG bumf they are world leaders in sports marketing ,but how much do they know about the nitty gritty of RL , even Tony Smith who has an astute rugby brain is questioning their lack of clarity on a fair few major issues that haven’t been address properly. Time will tell if it’s a good move or a bad one , but it was obvious something had to change |
