Would have liked him to stay but going to Roosters is a massive opportunity. Why wouldn't he. |

If the rumours are correct, it's a fantastic opportunity for the lad. He'll probably get an England call up if he's playing over there too. |

At least he appears to be heading overseas, no way we could realistically compete with the Roosters even if he is going to play back up rugby and try to force his way in. If it doesn’t work out he returns to SL after 2 years of experience both on and off the field that cannot be rivalled here. No brainer really. |

Wasn't expecting a move to the NRL so early in his career. £80k salary reportedly. Can't compete with that. |

A lot better backs gone to the NRL and couldn’t hardly get a game. Nathan brown interview with James Grahams (the bye round) explained why forwards genuinely do a lot better than backs in the NRL. It will be an excellent experience for him for sure, he’ll of looked at Dom Young and thought I’ll have a bit of that, though realistically can’t see him getting a game. Good luck to him. |
