Good point regarding quota, but when he was with us last time there were rumours he caused quite a bit of unrest in the camp. |

I believe we have a new hooker who is from overseas but is federation trained so doesn't count on quota

Even before DC came on I'd have said there is no reason to sign Sammut. Firstly he isn't a Hooker. Secondly he is scrum half for a team in the division below at 31 and left under a cloud when here |
