I'm not sure what I think about that.
I thought Hull were really poor as a team with some pretty good individuals thrown in.
Can't decide whether Giants were good or made to look good.
I think they were just the more desperate and focused side.

I wish we were playing Hull next. I think we'll find Huddersfield a really hard game.
Let's just beat Catalan and make the Huddersfield one a nice to have game.

As soon as the sky team started bulling Connor up he disappeared from the face of the earth. Kelly was also relatively quiet and to a lesser extent so was Houghton. Great defence from Shudds though.

I agree pop tart hull put on a lack lustre show last night and looked a shadow of their earlier form .
Huddersfield had plenty of inexperienced youth in their side but were promted and prodded all night by their talisman mr brough into outplaying hull .
On current form of the teams left to play I can see us toughing out a win against Catalan and surely we will win against the rest if we play anywhere near our recent and full potential .
I’m saying wins all the way .

Makes me a little bit more confident, I know we would beat Hull if they show up like they did last night. A win on Saturday and that 5th spot is looking rather tempting :D

Without getting too cocky before the Catalans game, but if the real Trinity turned up and played last night we'd have put forty past both Hull and Shudders, two very average teams.

I didn't see anything on show last night to cause concern.
Wake you are capable of beating both sidesides and even our bogey team should be 2 points.
Let's be honest the hardest game on present form will be cats the rest are just below average at the moment.
However it's Trinity and who knows for sure.
We could end up with another 6 points in the bag.

Well that was a turgid bore-fest; two poor teams, with only the odd individual standing out - Broughy being the best example.

Nothing to fear from either of those teams on that form - but we are so streaky, you just never know; tomorrow will be a really important test.

Looking back over the season, how many close games have we lost due to no one in the team being able to 'read the game' and knowing how to win.

The next 4 games will be extremely close affairs and if that's the case I do not have confidence in our ability to see games out. Bottom 4 for us is a distinct possibility at the moment and this game against Catalan has now become a must win game.
