I've had two games freeze on me so I just took it back a few minutes and pressed play and then had no problem

on another note I think its absolute brilliant coverage from where they are positioned in the flats, must be hard to see who's who at the time of commentary.
Keep up the good work :thumb:

Thanks Snowie, it's not the coverage it's during the purchase, now won't let me continue and try again. As nobody is answering the ohone will call into the club shop.

When I 1st started purchases on line it did freeze when I didn't put the security code in for the credit card. I seem to remember its on the same line as the expiry date but is actually a separate greyed out box. I know to do it now and it's fine every time.

Thanks. Subscription gone through now. Watched first few minutes of Saints game, now lost the sound.

I've tried signing up twice now with two different cards and it just keeps saying incorrect zip code. I tried sending a help request through the website link but that wasn't working. Pretty shoddy.

I wonder how many have taken a subscription.
Just for balance, I've had no trouble at all either buying a subscription or watching the content, it has never frozen, lost sound, gone funky or anything, been sweet as a nut from day one.
The website as a whole can occasionally be a bit glitchy for me but tbh, I could say that about quite a few websites.
It does sound like there ought to be work done in the "support" department, not answering the phone needs a dose of looking at for definite, that's a frustrating blind alley that one.

Yup I've had streaming issues but if you pause it for a minute or so it seems OK, also if you drop the definition to 540 (don't see a huge difference in quality tbh) it helps.
