Not realistic but if every player in the squad was fit where would you play Hall, again last night he showed that he ` has ` to be in the team, He has class, he creates and scores great tries. I dont like to see him at full back, I do like him at centre, I do like him on the wing. I think with the injuries to Johnson and BJB he will get a run of games on the wing. If Johnson and BJB are fit does Hall get in on the wing, would you drop BJB ?
If we have Arundel, Twopoo, Gibson all fit do you see hall playing in the centres infont of two of them.
What a tough job selection must be

Flying in the face of general opinion but I just don't get Arundal. All I see is silly mistakes and bad positioning. Our two first team wingers are fantastic finishers so wouldn't start in front of those but I like him in centre, his good IMO far out ways the bad

Hall has something about him and I am sorry he is leaving the club. I am not sure on the stats but if you look at the performances I think we seem to win games when he is in the side. Leeds away, widnes away, last night were all wins again the odds wwhen hall was forced to play in a weakened team. You could also argue we nearly won wigan due to his inclusion.

Well done Craig Hall I think you have been good for the club in your time with us.

I agree 100%. I for one will be sorry to see him leave if he is to go at the end of season.

I said earlier in the season that Craig Hall owed us for his mediocrity last season. he has paid us back I think, big time. He has class and I am sorry he is leaving.

In the team every time for me at Centre. He's probably going to be in now for the next few weeks and that should ensure we at least score some points. We need our best available strike players for the big one in 2 weeks and he's certainly that. I'll be amazed if he gets dropped again.

Having just praised him on another thread doesn't mean I don't agree with you - I think you're right. He needs to make the leap in the close season, work on his errors and his positional sense and a few others things. However for me the basics are there but the transition needs to take place.

That said Halls exactly the same - lots of sill passes and poor positioning and dreadful tackling no matter what position he plays. Difference is he's a natural talent and Arundel isn't but he's yet to raell harness it consistently. Might be a tortoise and the hare situation as to which one wins in the end.

My god you have more faces than the town hall clock - last year you didn't rate him at all, one of your sick notes if I recall.

Other than that fair points.

I like Hall, but he's the opposite of a percentage player; he's brilliant in off the cuff situations when speed of thought and bottle is required, but he's no good in the system and structure of a game that has to be ground out. His try yesterday was pure instinct, and there aren't many players like that - the problem is, I don't think we play the kind of game that fully exploits his style, which can be costly when he gets it wrong.
