I know that the world club challenge matches can effect clubs form but from what we have seen so far we could end up after 23 rounds with Cas, Warrington and Hull all finishing above Leeds , Wigan and Saints . Also it can be argued that we have played two of the toughest away fixtures , Cas away and WArrington away . They are not going to get any harder . Sounds like the boys dug in tonight and fought to the end . Very frustrating to see all the pens awarded to Warrington , Silverwood is crap but maybe we need the boss of the refs to come and see us and explain what they want from us .

I agree. Two tough fixtures.
We need to reduce errors and penalties but we are showing improvement.

Yep.Not too down tonight. Need to sort out the penalty issue though.

A loss is a loss but we can be proud of that performance tonight.

We lost by 18 points as opposed to 80 points in last years corresponding fixture. Other teams will go to the Hj Stadium and lose by much wider margins.

Yes, this was never on the list of "most likely wins".
The 4/5 sets that we defended on our line in the second half was superb but, as said, e have to cut out the penalties and look after the ball a little better.
If we manage to get an even share of sets in possession we wont be far away.
