Wouldn't it be great if supporters after the game could lay the fault of the defeat at the players, coach etc and not the officials.

Time and time again we see people on here blaming the referee or even worse accusing them deliberately of favouring the opposition and so enough is enough.

I propose we have a respect the referee weekend, where we accept every decision they make.

We kinda think one of the refs favours us now...
...I think he did as a linesman aswell, no wonder the RFL promoted him to a ref, I bet they got sick of our man running onto the pitch.

Provided that we can direct the most foul abuse imaginable at them during the course of the game. It sure vents the spleen.

dont worry MG this is the wakey site , the ref could crap in JDs boots before kick off and some would still hang the same scapegoats

I do not want any referee to favour us, I would like a group of officials who knew the game and all its rules. Then applied them fairly to both sides, while not wanting to be the centre of attention all the time.

Jeez is rugby league the new netball/snooker or something? I bet even when we win 40-6 JK has a good moan at half the things we've done/not done.
They'll be ejecting kids for trying to put an opponents kicker off soon.
