I have to agree. What the club, and him as main coach have gone through is unbelievable, but each time he shows respect, compassion, loyalty to the players and emotion. How you would be able to coach players in these circumstances is unknown, but he managed it last time, and I hope he succeeds again.

He was genuinely upset on 5 live but handled it well. He appears to have handled a lot ofd the adversity really well and showed that he is a very decent and honourable bloke.

As if coaching is not tough enough,he now has to deal with a second tragedy. At least he is proving he is capable of being in his position.

John Kear is all class. The way the guy handles adversity, and somehow manages to take himself and his team onwards is unbelievable, god forbid but if anything ever happened at our club I hope Mick Potter would act in the same way. Certain coaches in other sports should follow John Kear's lead when complaining about something trivial like a turned down penalty.

Takes a special person to do this. Respect/honesty/courage/understanding.

It must be taking its toll on him and the backroom staff and players.
