The CC game v Leigh will be played on Friday, 3rd April, 8.00p.m. kickoff.

Makes some commercial sense I suppose with a double-header on TV on the Sunday, hardly a mouth-watering game in prospect, I`ll still be there though.

….so to miss the double header on the BBC on Sunday and to avoid the Grand National on the Saturday.

Not a lover of Friday night games but I can see the sense. Also has been said it gives 7 days rest before we go to Castleford and then Bradford at Belle Vue on the Monday.

Will there be a price reduction for this game?

Usually any price reduction has to be agreed between both clubs. It says on the official site that tickets will be available shortly. I think the season ticket holders already have a voucher for this match so it should give a good indication as to how many Trinity sold.

Given that there would only be a small attendance, whenever this game was played, makes good sense to give the players a longer break before the tough Easter fixtures.
