It was pretty much full last time. I’m expecting the same if not more this time so they may need a back up plan.
Regardless, it’s a very good turnout from trinity. Hopefully we see 1200-1500 make the return trip to our ground.

The Stable Stand (the other relatively new stand adjacent to the Ward Hygiene Stand, but at right angles to it) was kept clear in the Cup game, so maybe that will be the overflow area if the Ward Hygiene Stand becomes full. It looked to me that there were 80-100 seats near the clubhouse side of the WHS that weren't occupied in the Cup game, but obviously it was filthy weather that day which will have impacted the attendance. Far from convincing but a win is a win . Fev more or less played a man down for last 20 mins . Walmsley took his tries v well ! Thought Jowitt was outstanding again .
Well I'd have taken that all day long before 6pm , tough game but we came through a test tonight and got the win and that's all that matters .
The two sin bins killed Fev because the game was on a knife edge in that second half but the sin bins are always a consequence of what the opposition are doing .
Proper relieved when Walmsley went over in that second half and took the game away from Fev .
Great turnout from the Trinity faithful , almost a home game and a great atmosphere in that side stand .

I'd like us to be better but I prefer a game like that than winning 100-0.
We should really have had a couple more in first half and their first try was very good from them but sloppy from us.
Atoni rocked them around today. Max was excellent Walmesley took his tries well though I thought he could have had more.
Think we missed Pitts when he went off.
At the end of the day, it's a win. Many will struggle there this year. They played well and could have had more out of the game but for a couple of stray passds
