Far too negative in second half meant saints were always in with a shout, but make sure the penalty goes dead if you miss and we win and grix boot it out of play and we win. Two incidents in a couple of minutes had a massive influence from two of the most experienced players

Maybe not last game but max should get a run of games now. Grix has had a few second chances and had some shockers. Time to give the young lad a go before he leaves because game time is limited.

Supercat you are out of order. Yes Max is a great prospect but to say Grix should not play another game and let Max have a run is ridiculous. Have you actually got a brain?

Why did nobody follow up the penalty kick which hit the post?
Not having a second proper dummy half in the seventeen cost us dearly too.
They teach you to do that as a kid.

in a round about way you have just said what chester said regardind the play not being closed down! Yet you still blame grix!yes he should have kicked it dead but it should have not got to that stage but hey ! Grix cocked up again like he's done all year look at his possatives not his negatives

It was a bad howler yes, and cant understand what he was thinking, it should have been safety first and booted into the flats.
It wasnt the main factor for me, it was our poor negative game management in the second half. Trying to hold onto an 8 point lead against a side like Saints us suicidal.
Another bizarre decision on the pitch, why didnt we go for the 2 when we had the chance just before half time.
I also think having 4 forwards on the bench was wrong. Really needed a spark off the bench.

Here we go again bashers delight. Grix played ok tonight caught everything tackled well made the initial opening for Bill's wonderful try To say he should never wear a Wakey shirt is a disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourself. He made a grave mistake at the end and it cost us the game and he knew it himself He didn't bottle it he made a severe error of judgement. Let's not slag our players off like them whinging pie eaters
