I wonder if the collapse of Newcastle will affect the takeover because there is now pressure from the remaining 8 league one clubs to join the championship and have two conferences of ten clubs where you play each team in your conference home and away and each time in the other conference once 5 at home and five away. It would change a lots of things. More games but more very one sided games.
One more failed experiment to spread R L , Money wasted, by teams traveling up to Newcastle for what , nothing. When is those in charge going to get the message R L is a M62 corridor sport . Know I will get shot down and we will hear about Catalan. ,one club out of how many. It is like us winning our first game after 15 losses and saying what a great coach we got .And people wonder why those who run R L have lost over a million pounds because of poor attendance in Finals .Answer is cut the cost , Just take finals to Headingley ,give fans of the two clubs who are in the final first chance of the tickets ,then put them on sale.
