Well the budget has produced an half baked squad and it’s certainly not Hollywood to watch.

The thread is headed, "Time to go". It could apply to either Carter or Applegarth. In my humble opinion it should be both.

Is there anyone who really thinks that continuing with this coaching setup is going to deliver anything other than what they've managed to deliver so far?
Not in fact about Carter Redcat.
But anyway, he's already leaving his role, so kinda moot.

Agreed. The head coach has brought his number 2 in because they are chums from college teams etc. he did ok at york (wow) but neither cut it as players or coaches at all level.
MC has backed his man and brought in who applegarth wanted, probably because of budget, it doesn’t work so needs to change, surely that is the answer.
I bet any conference team would still be able to score more points week on week than wakey can in their related division……. Simple fact they ain’t good enough at this level, but maybe better at academy or championship level. If that is the case they will both still be here next season and the one after that and the one after that etc………..

Criticism lays squarely at the coach for not preparing them correctly and the players for their lacklustre amateur performances . They certainly aren’t the biggest or most skilful squad in the league but are playing much lower than our potential , even if it’s just the passion in our game , it’s nowhere near where it should be at this stage in the season. The majority look like it’s a training or friendly game , not life and death of them or the club or both .

He picked the coach without any obvious selection process and he provided the budget. We are basically rubbish therefore if either really cared about the club, the coach would resign or if not the CEO would sack him. I doubt either will happen, we will just go through the same excuses and with the first win just around the corner.

Disregard coach and budget for a moment , these are professional players and as such should have a decent skill level , ( which is absent for most of the games I’ve seen ) and play with passion and pride for the club , that doesn’t take coaching or money . Two big things which are sadly lacking at our club in this current team .

I don't see that at all. There is lots of effort going on, just not the execution.
