There’s an inevitability to TJ leaving at some stage I think with the injuries having already cost him two years if a big offer comes in From NRL then he’ll want to go and rightly so.

He should leave with our beat wishes and a hero. His game will go to another level over there and they are no doubt better placed to look after him physically.

You all seem to be trying to push the lad to the other side of the world. Wouldn't it be better to try and encourage the rest of the team to aspire to the level of Tom, than encourage him to leave? I think Tom is outstanding and has an unbelievable try average. But if we can get a decent fee and he wants the chance think for both Tom and the club it’s probably the right thing.

One more serious injury and another year passing three will be no fee and no big money for Tom.

I agree with an earlier comment that if he does go we should have a first option clause if he returns to SL as we'll get back an even better version because the NRL will stiffen up his defence and game reading to add to his world class finishing.

I think any fee should be close to the £400k Wigan paid for Offiah in the 90s regardless of his past injuries but doubt it will be
