Anyone in mind.
There are some, but fans forums, just like this one, are there for fans to speak. I would imagine every team has such pages, with similar individuals. It's when comments become abusive, personal, or threatening, that it becomes an issue.
I, myself have come off some, and one in particular, connected to Wakefield Trinity

There seems to be a real toxic minority, unique to our club, within the various SM platforms. They get their orgasms from stirring the poo. Its existed as long as we've been in Super League which probably corresponds to the emergence of the 1st club message board and the original free standing Virtual Terrace. I've never felt the need to abandon SM though. French Connection UK 'em.

There's posters on here just as poisonous as on the Facebook page. And, as this thread proves, some fans are probably a lot more snidey than they are on social media.
A lot of people turning their noses up at the Facebook group, but between everyone they've raised an awful lot of money for the club over the last 12 months.
I think the club clearly made mistakes, Shaul and even possibly Gale should have been signed along with a hooker. But we are a club with 4k fans, the people of the city either aren't interested or we just didn't grow the fan base due to making sure we got the club in a balanced state. So I guess aiming to just finish above the promoted weak club has been where we were and this year Leigh invested. With everyone fit I still thought we were by far the weakest team.
I'm starting to get to the stage where I feel maybe due to money Super league isn't for us and the IMG stuff tells me second league should probably be our home. I know its bleak but if the new pitch and stand do generate 500k as MC hopes we could build a good COMPETATIVE side to be proud of and i just don't feel it now. Saying you support Trinity means that whatever league we are in, the fans clearly in some circles think the owners want to destroy the club that clearly isn't the case but we need to realise we are the poorest club money wise and with no rich backer we just can't compete.

The RWB FB group has 3k members of which around a dozen are serial trolls who just generate and perpetuate as which poo as possible. It does generate a lot of cash and online activity for the club and still carries some good threads too. I hope the admin guys don't get worn down.
The Dreadnoughts FB page is a good one as the admin just don't accept negative poop.

Absolutely. The RWB page is really good. It's only the odd poster that taints it a little bit but I'm on it and like reading it.
The Dreadnought one is much more tightly moderated and that's quite refreshing.
It's a fine line between allowing free discussion and stopping trolls from posting. I have to say I'm tighter on posts on our forum than others on RLFans. Some like that and some don't.
