At this point in time I cannot see when ANY of our players will have the will or the energy to play again, I think they will need some professional help this week and even longer.
I hope we can all do something as a tibute to Leon and to show our support for his family

This is such a deeply saddening piece of news that felt I had to post my sincere condolences on here.
The tragedy of somebody going out to work and never returning home is a truly shocking one. A young lad being taken from us in such circumstances, while going about his normal job of work, is something that at the moment I just cannot comprehend.
As is being demonstrated on here right now though, the rugby league family is a very close one and the love and support for Leon’s family and friends and all of Wakefield’s players, staff and supporters is tremendously heart warming. It’s yet another sign of what a great game and a great community we have. From here in St Helens right the way over to Hull we can now all show that whatever rivalries we have from kick-off to final hooter we are a family and in times of need families pull together to help each other out.
As with everybody on here I want to offer my deep-felt sympathy to Leon’s nearest and dearest and can only hope that these messages can give some comfort to them at this time.
Just in shock, would never expect this to happen. My thoughts are with Leon, his Family and all at Wakefield, how much more can fate throw at you guys? R.I.P Leon.
Wasn't going to come on Friday as working late, but I will be trying my best now, would be great if some how us Saints/ the Wakefield fans could come up with a fitting tribute to Leon on Friday.
