Couldn't quite work out who Croft was at the weekend, when I realized it was him I was shocked, he's stacked a lot of size on in the off season, think it tells you the coaches see his place in the SR, he looks good.

I wonder if the Time Keeper Mark Hebblethwaite is any relation to John Hebblethwaite who refereed the 1968 Watersplash final awarding Leeds a dodgy try having decided that Ian Brooke had obstructed. If so not a good omen
If he plays on Saturday, and it's not yet clear if he will or not, then we should look to target him in both attack and defence, he won't be used to playing on a wet greasy pitch in cold conditions, send plenty of traffic at him and look to isolate him. When defending put him under immediate pressure with line speed and hit him hard

I agree, but will he play though ?? You would assume that Handley will revert to the wing to replace Sivo but surely they will have another back-up centre or two without needing to put the new guy straight in ??

They’ll likely play Lumb on the wing I think and Newman and Handley centre

If he’s as quick as Sivo was put him in, would be easy to catch
