Yup, it's a far bigger construction than people think. It's not hard to see why it's so pricey.
The bigger question is, does Kammy have sugar in his coffee?
What blows me away talking to Minards at the Fri luncheon club is the sprinkler system that rises up from the pitch to make sure we never have a rock hard pitch again ,which talking to Jai will be a godsend as he said in the summer it was like playing on concrete .Got to be good for player welfare and associated injuries

Yes a lot of it’s in the detail and much of it unseen. So when people say why is the North stand terrace only half way back or why didn’t we sign such a player that’s your answer.
For example they have installed a new water butt that I think holds 3 times as much water as the old one. It’s also partly fed by rainwater I think. But what matters is that before they could only water half the pitch per day, then they had to wait for it to fill overnight. Now it’s a continuous operation.
It probably only cost 20k, but its 20k we won’t need to spend again and probably one less ACL. It’s certainly the kind of money we wouldn’t have invested before.I exaggerate but you get the idea.

Like I've said before soentimes the main contractors set one up for promotional purposes. I've not seen anything yet that suggests they have. The club should get in touch with the drone man and ask him to do fly overs for them. Get it on the various social media platforms, effectively it is free advertising for them and could alert local businesses to the facilities on offer.

Just a thought, because we can all help rather than demand. Not saying that's what you are doing.
If anyone knows how to do this and has a camera, contact the club and ask if you can install it and feed it to the clubs facebook etc. I'm sure they would be delighted unless there is some reason they just cant.
I'm not trying to sound preachy, but we are a small club undertaking a big project and things get missed.
