He certainly has his faults. Though he wasn’t up for the fight to get Trinity back into SL this season and chose KR over Trinity. That’s a shame but I thought after a full season injured he would’ve wanted to help the club back up.

Yep, agree with all that, both DP and ME spoke with him about staying but he chose to go, much as I liked him, he's gone and forgotten now.
HKR still don't convince me they are the real deal yet though.

On a side note Toby Boothroyd told us today,5 weeks for his hammy.

Yeah I listened to interview. Shame for the lad but he looks to have a lot of potential and I’m sure he will start to show it more when over injury.

Rumoured outgoing - Thornley to Oldham for next season.

He is quite well set up for after the game isn’t he so maybe part of his transition.

So with only Pratty playing regular first team football and Crofty not looking like he will make muster seems we will be signing a couple of centres maybe?

I think Thornley has done well for us so far this year but I don't think he would be quite up to Super League next year if we get there.

I also can't see Croft making it as a SL player, but I wouldn't be against keeping him as back up. If the rumours are true, he'd likely be fourth choice behind Pratt, Scott and Hall. But we always seem to suffer more injuries than most in three quarters so he'd add a bit of depth and wouldn't be too out of place if we needed him for a handful of games.

I've always thought Croft has done well when called upon, but he clearly isn't fancied given we played a young full back in the centre position last week.
