I don't think anyone has ever criticised his commitment to the cause and effort

Fantastic result for the boys tonight and apart from a couple (or 3) lapses in defence, allowing Wigan some soft scores, Trinity were utterly dominant.
Some excellent performances too.
Fafita was immense in the first half and Pauli had his best 40 minutes in the second.
Really solid stuff from Jowitt and the Miller / Hampshire pairing is starting to look the part.

Wigan tried their usual grubby stuff and put in some headshots and tbf to Child, he wasnt having any of it and Wigan were lucky to avoid the team warning, although the sin binning of Leului probably affected that.

Seriously well played. Great game to watch and well deserved win. If Joel had played and Ben had been ref you would have lost.
Keep it going, think that goes a long way to calm things down regarding the top 8 and on that form theres still an outside chance of the top 4. Only my opinion but great work from Kyle Wood.

Ryan Hampshire... head and shoulders better than what we've had this year up to date. Kicking game was immense today. Really liked the look of us today. We looked quick and crisp in the halves and strong in the forwards. I'm not a fan of rotation, if some players are tired or playing busted then fair enough but we need to play our best week in and week out now.

Had a great evening in great weather tonight. Excellent performance across the board. Great to watch.

I know he played a few games for us before, a while back. I think in 2003.

Out of curiosity, why not keep him then.

Was he not ready for SL at that stage of his career

Cracking game from all the team tonight. Thought Pauli played a blinder he was like a steam roller flattening anything in his path.
Enjoy your weekend everyone

My feelings exactly. Chessy needs to give that formation a run if injuries permit. Best we've looked in ages
